Summer Long Course Workout

Kick off your LCM swim season at our annual LMSC Long Course workout! Masters swimmers of all skill levels are invited to join us in Lewisville on June 9th.
Participants will be broken up by skill level and workout preferences (stroke, sprinting, distance, etc.). Whether you are a novice swimmer or an elite competitor, our North Texas coaches will be prepared to adjust the yardage an intensity to fit your needs.
This is a free workout for all North Texas LMSC registered masters. You may sign up using the RSVP link below. Please be prepared to include your USMS ID number.
